Shipping and Handling

All Postage and Packing charges are clearly displayed prior to order confirmation and are dependent location of delivery. Our standard UK delivery option is sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded delivery, deliveries to outside of the UK are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For delivery.

Orders over £40 are eligible for free UK delivery.

Delivery

Due to the variety of stock we offer several items are held in our distributors UK stock and are dispatched within 1 or 2 days. Any orders for items that are not currently held in our UK stock are dispatched from the distributor in the US as quickly as possible. We are informed by our distributor that deliveries are currently taking approximately 10-14 days however, it may on occasion take a little longer. Orders are then dispatched straight away upon receiving them in the UK.

Please be aware that we ask that customers allow up to the maximum of 28 days for delivery as stated.

If any item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as we are informed by the distributor.

First Class Recorded* within 1-3 working days from Date of Dispatch (Subject to Stock)

EUROPE:
Signed for Airmail*: within 2-5 working days from order date

REST OF THE WORLD:
Signed for Airmail*: between 5 - 10 working days from order date
