We are pleased to offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. You must notify us by e-mail of the intent to return the item. The goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to be returned within 14 days of receipt. Delivery charges will not be refunded in the case of a return, however replacement items will not be charged again for delivery. Charges for postage on returned goods will be borne by the sender and when posting goods it is advisable to obtain a proof of posting.

We cannot accept:

Returns of opened hosiery, bodystockings, panties or thongs, so please be sure you choose the correct size and color when purchasing these items.

Returns that smell of perfumes or smoke or have been exposed to animals and pet hair will not be accepted for return.

Due to the nature of our other products for sale, especially sex toys and bondage products, we are unable to offer the same returns policy. However, if an item is faulty on receipt we are able to offer you a full refund or replacement. must be received by us within 14 days from the day you receive your order

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to return the goods to you. Items supplied in sealed packaging that have been opened are non refundable and non exchangeable
